GKD PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• Deposit in amount of $200.00 accepted from June 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008. Deposit amount is applicable to final cost. Teams must have made initial deposit to be allowed on fields beginning March 7, 2009.

• Final payments may be made beginning December 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009. Teams not completing payment by February 28 date will be subject to 3% per month penalty added to outstanding balance.

GKD SportsVision does not accept credit card payments.

• GKD Fee is in payment for: Fields rental, Officials game fees, officials’ associated costs for housing, air and ground transportation, miscellaneous food costs, staff housing, staff labor fees, staff air and ground transportation, miscellaneous food costs, inventory, game tapes and related material, insurance, athletic trainers’ labor fees, associated contractual fees, website management, administrative travel, food, and housing costs, related automobile and food costs, local labor costs, taxes and other.

• Individual teams are expected to pay for transportation to and from Palm Beach County, travel while in Palm Beach County, food, and lodging expenses. The GKD fee will cover the cost of field rental, game staffing and amenities, video reproduction and statistical follow up after game ( s ), officials and athletic training coverage at game site on game day.
