GAME SCHEDULING INFORMATION

• Information about scheduling for 2009 can be viewed at “ Game Day at SpringFling ’09 “.
Please note that there will be a “ cap limit “ set on each week of SpringFling ’09. This is done to insure quality of performance for SpringFling staff, field space amounts and eventual cost factors associated with the event.

• Games will be on a Monday – Friday basis in 2009. All games currently scheduled to be played at Lake Lytal Park in West Palm Beach, Florida. See Fields Information for more details. There will be a prep school round robin during the week of March 14 - 20 at Lake Lytal Park. Details to be announced.

• Game times are tentatively set for 10:00 am, 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm. There may be up to as many as four games underway concurrently during a single time frame, based on the number of games scheduled in for that time.

• Coaches are urged to work off the list of “ Interested Teams “ that will be emailed to you during the Registration period to complete game scheduling. ALL games must be scheduled in concert with GKD Sports management. Coaches determine home/away and uniform colors in advance. Coaches are requested to forward complete roster information to GKD prior to departure as well as to bring printed copies of rosters with you to Florida. We cannot guarantee post game statistical follow up if printed rosters are not submitted in advance !
