July 1 First mailing of “ Schools Showing Interest “ sent to all coaches.
Tentative scheduling of game dates & times accepted by GKD SportsVision.

July 1 - Oct. 31 Registrations / Deposits ( $200 ) accepted to hold spots at “ SpringFling ’08 “.
Teams accepted on first come, first served basis.
Teams submitting after TEAM LIMIT is reached will be placed on Wait List.
Deposit submissions will be returned unless team taken off of wait list.
Game scheduling ( as confirmed by GKD Sports ) allowed in available slots.

November 1 All game scheduling complete. All deposits submitted.

December 1 All practice requests submitted.
Final payments may be sent.

February 28 All final payments submitted. Subsequent late payments subject to penalty.
Penalty 3 % per month of outstanding balance, beginning March 1.

March 7 Event begins. No teams allowed on fields until this date. Teams not having submitted deposit not allowed on fields.

View list of available teams during your week and communicate with coach about scheduling game.
All game dates / times available from GKD Sports and will be assigned by GKD after communication from competing coaches.
Read through new material concerning practice requests and submit.
Send in deposit to hold space. ( $200, non-refundable, applied to final payment )

NOTE: Games to be scheduled, Monday – Friday. 10 am, 5 pm, 7:30 pm. Lake Lytal.
